Questions about dual studies

The dual study program has so far been conducted mainly at the Heubach site, but can be completed individually both in Genderkingen and in Heubach as a practical location. With the dual universities in Heidenheim and Stuttgart, we have reliable partners with whom we have been successfully cooperating and training talent for many years.

The prerequisite for the Duale Hochschule is a general university entrance qualification (Abitur) or a technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife). If you have a degree from a university of applied sciences, you must also pass a so-called delta examination. You can find more information about this at:

Questions for Graduates and experienced professionals

Your working hours are recorded to the minute using a stamp chip. Therefore, you can start a little earlier in the morning or leave a little later in the evening - whichever you prefer.

Of course, with all stationary jobs this is very difficult to do, so on-site attendance is mandatory. Usually, with office jobs, the home office option settles in after the initial onboarding phase, depending on how it is individually agreed with the manager and the employee. However, there are also colleagues who work completely remotely.

We currently have significantly fewer employees working in our offices than usual. The introduction of Office 365 has proven to be very practical and useful during the transition of many employees to working from home. Many meetings are now held remotely from the home office and the majority of communication takes place digitally.

We are all on first name terms! And we don't differentiate between employees and managers.

As a general rule: Ask the team! If the office where you work doesn't mind you bringing your dog, it's fine with us. Beyond that, the rule is: If your dog pees into the office 3 times, your four-legged friend is banned from the office...

There are many learning opportunities within Raumschmiede that are created and offered by our own staff. These are always open to you and allow you to expand your horizons independently. If we lack the knowledge for certain topics, we offer our employees external advanced training in the respective area. The knowledge gained is then passed on to colleagues in their own department, thus making a lasting contribution to the knowledge growth of the Raumschmiede team.
